I have not examined everything (I am preparing to go to countryside...) and I shall do later.
But, it looks the rising of ketones is much slower in the graph, and also maybe in your experience.
In my case I think I have a problem of hypoglicemia, maybe that accelerates the rising of ketones...
Today glycemia is better (56) and ketones still higher - 7,3
But I feel much better.
I saw some articles from a guy who studied the relation between glucose level and ketones. He formulated an index - GKI. This is just the quotient between glucose and ketones (both in mmol/L). Normal GKI is 40-60. In fasting it should drop to less than 1.
He says the therapeutic action (of fasting) only happens when GKI is below 1.
